1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Correctfy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Correctfy for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Correctfy provides
Correctfy is a software platform for real estate professionals to organize properties, maintain a personal property catalog and public page, create curated property lists, and share property information with clients.
Correctfy is not a real estate brokerage, broker, multiple listing service, property owner, seller, or lessor. Correctfy is not the original source of every property record displayed through the service and does not represent a party in a real estate transaction.
3. Accounts and professional responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity through your account. You must comply with applicable laws, contracts, platform rules, and professional obligations.
If you identify yourself as a Realtor, real estate agent, broker, or other licensed professional, you are responsible for maintaining every license, registration, permission, and professional requirement applicable to you. Correctfy does not verify or guarantee licensing unless it expressly says otherwise.
4. Your content and imported content
You may provide or import property information, descriptions, photographs, addresses, prices, MLS or listing information, property features, links, documents, and other property-related material (collectively, “User Content”).
You represent and warrant that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, authorizations, or other lawful basis necessary to upload, import, reproduce, store, display, distribute, and share your User Content through Correctfy. A technical ability to import content does not grant you rights to that content. You remain responsible for deciding whether your use is permitted.
You retain your rights in User Content. You grant Correctfy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to receive, process, store, reproduce, resize or optimize, display, transmit, distribute through Correctfy pages, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably required for backups, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or platform security.
5. Property photos, descriptions, and listing data
Property photographs, descriptions, and listing information available through Correctfy are intended for legitimate real-estate-related use. You may not use Correctfy as a stock photography library, image redistribution or content resale service, listing-data resale platform, generic advertising asset repository, or dataset harvesting platform. Importing or accessing material through Correctfy does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
6. Third-party sources and services
Correctfy may accept links or information originating from third-party websites, property portals, listing platforms, MLS systems, and other sources. Correctfy is independent from those services unless expressly stated otherwise. References to a third party do not imply partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content complies with intellectual property rights, licenses, permissions, contracts, platform rules, and laws. Correctfy may rely on third-party authentication, hosting, database, payment, data-processing, and property-import services and is not responsible for outages or failures outside its reasonable control.
7. Property information and professional review
Property information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, changed after publication, or supplied by third parties. Correctfy does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, currency, or continuous availability. Real estate professionals must review information before presenting or sharing it with clients.
Correctfy provides software tools, not real estate, legal, financial, appraisal, or brokerage advice or services.
8. Fair housing and acceptable use
You may not use Correctfy to publish, distribute, organize, or promote content that violates fair housing, anti-discrimination, civil rights, or similar laws.
- Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or abusive or discriminatory content
- Infringement of third-party rights or distribution of content without authorization
- Malware, unauthorized access, interference with the platform, or infrastructure abuse
- Attempts to circumvent plan or usage limits
- Unauthorized automated extraction from Correctfy
- Unauthorized resale of Correctfy services or harvesting or resale of property content
9. Content removal and account action
Correctfy may investigate, restrict, disable, remove, or make content unavailable when reasonably necessary, including after a complaint, an allegation of infringement, a violation of these Terms, a legal or security risk, or a legal requirement.
Correctfy may suspend or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, fraud, illegal activity, infringement, platform abuse, security threats, or non-payment where applicable.
10. Plans, payments, and subscriptions
Plan limits and feature availability may apply. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically where the selected subscription provides for renewal. You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the subscription controls made available by Correctfy and its payment provider. Paid access may change after cancellation, at the end of an applicable billing period, or following payment failure. Correctfy uses a third-party payment provider and does not directly store complete payment-card credentials.
11. Service changes
Correctfy may improve, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue functionality over time. We do not promise permanent availability of any individual feature, integration, source, or import method.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRECTFY AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CORRECTFY DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRECTFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, PROPERTY INFORMATION, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold Correctfy and its personnel harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content or imported content, infringement of third-party rights, violation of law, misuse of Correctfy, or violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
Correctfy may update these Terms. The version and effective date appear above. Material changes may receive additional notice or require renewed acceptance where appropriate. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
