Reporting content
Rights holders may report property photographs, descriptions, listing information, or other material displayed through Correctfy that they believe infringes their rights. This page provides a general content-complaint process; it does not represent that Correctfy has a formally registered DMCA agent.
What to include
Please provide enough information for us to locate and evaluate the material, including:
- Identification of the protected work or other rights involved
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- The URL of the Correctfy page containing the material
- Your name and reliable contact information
- An explanation of your claimed ownership, license, authority, or other rights
- A statement that you are making the report in good faith
- Any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the report
What Correctfy may do
Correctfy may investigate a report, request additional information, temporarily disable or remove content, contact the user who published it, preserve information when legally required, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Good-faith reports
Only submit reports that are accurate and made in good faith. Misrepresenting ownership or infringement may create legal consequences. If a dispute concerns a listing agreement, MLS rule, license, or contract, include the relevant supporting information.
