1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Correctfy handles personal information when you visit our public website, create or use an account, publish a property page, share a client list, or otherwise use the service.
2. Information we process
- Account information, including name, email address, authentication identifiers, account creation time, and account role
- Profile information you provide, such as location, license information, biography, photo, contact details, links, social profiles, and public URL slug
- Property, listing, and list information you create or import, including images, documents, source links, property details, client-list titles, and list membership
- Product milestones and activity necessary to operate the service, such as onboarding completion, creation of properties and lists, and meaningful share actions
- Subscription status, plan, trial dates, renewal information, and Stripe customer or subscription references used to administer billing
- Technical and session information processed by our hosting and authentication infrastructure, such as request information, cookies, and local storage needed for login, navigation state, preferences, and product operation
Payment-card credentials are collected and processed by Stripe. Correctfy does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.
3. How we use information
- Provide authentication, account setup, public pages, property catalogs, lists, imports, sharing, and subscription features
- Store, format, optimize, and display content at your direction
- Operate trials, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and provide support
- Maintain service security, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
- Understand product activation and improve Correctfy using limited internal product metrics
4. Public information and sharing
Information you place on a public Realtor page, property page, or shared client list may be accessible to anyone with the relevant public address. This can include your public profile and the property content you choose to publish. Do not publish information that you are not authorized to make public.
5. Service providers
Correctfy uses service providers where needed to operate the product. Current implementation includes Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting and delivery; Stripe for subscriptions and payment processing; and Apify-based actors for supported property-import processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and only for the relevant service function.
6. Cookies and local storage
Correctfy uses authentication cookies to maintain signed-in sessions. The application also uses browser local or session storage for limited interface state, such as selection state, import review data, and session-level dismissals. We do not currently add an external advertising or behavioral analytics platform as part of the application.
7. Retention
We retain account and content information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Information may be retained longer for backups, transaction records, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, enforcement, or legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is processed.
8. Security
Correctfy uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated sessions, database access controls, row-level security, and trusted server-side paths for privileged operations. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
9. Your choices and rights
You may review or update profile and account information through the product. You may request account or data deletion, access, correction, or other rights available under applicable law by using the contact below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law. Public content can also be removed or archived through available product controls.
10. International processing
Correctfy and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate measures will be used for international transfers. The locations and safeguards may depend on the service providers and configurations used for your account.
11. Children
Correctfy is a professional software service and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or provide personal information if you are not legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date appear above. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
